In this blog post we will learn to protect the workbook structure in excel. First of all let’s understand what it means by protecting workbook structure. Once we protect the workbook structure: 1. User cannot insert new worksheet . 2. User cannot delete existing worksheet. 3. User cannot rename worksheet . 4. User cannot hide & unhide the worksheet . 5. User cannot change the tab color . 6. User cannot copy the existing worksheet . 7. User cannot move the existing worksheet . Now, we will see how to protect worksheet structure in excel: 1. Click on “File” option on Ribbon. 2. In this blog post we will learn to apply filter on “ Icons Sets ” in excel. For this we have a data of some electronic products sold in East, West, South and North regions from 1st Aug 2019 to 1st Apr 2021 with us and we have applied Icon Sets to this data. We have applied 3 Traffic Light Icon Sets to values under column “No of Items Sold”. We will now see how we can apply filters on these Icon Sets in above data: 1. In our previous blog post we have learned to insert Sparklines in excel . Now, we will go little advanced in this blog post and learn to customize the Sparklines.
