How to change Tab Color in Excel
In our previous post, we have seen how to insert new sheet in excel. In this post, we will see how to change tab color?For this we have opened an Excel which contain 3 sheets by default. We can change the tab color by using two methods.
1. By using format command.
2. By using mouse right click.
Let us see above methods one by one:
Sheet1 highlighted with yellow color can be seen as shown in below image. We can also apply various other colors as per our requirements.

In this method we can change tab color by using format command. We can find this command in "Home tab" under "Cells group".
1. Select the sheet for which we want to change the color (Here Sheet1 is selected).
2. Go to Home Tab
3. Select Format command available in cells group.
4. Select Tab Color option.
5. Select desired color from Theme Color (Here Yellow color is selected).
6. Same color will get applied to Sheet1.
We will get clear idea with the help of below image.

2. By using Mouse Right Click on Sheet.
In this method we can change tab color by using mouse right click. Just follow the below steps.
1. Place mouse cursor on Sheet for which we want to change the color. (Here Sheet1 is selected).
2. Press right click on mouse.
3. One window will appear on screen.
4. Select Tab Color option from appeared window (Here Yellow color is selected).
